Letitia Reid, MS, BCBA established her own
practice (Calusa Behavior Solutions) in July
2019. Ms. Reid has over 27 years of experience
working as a behavior analyst in a variety of
clinical and community-based settings. She
earned her undergraduate degree in psychology
from the Florida State University and she
received her Master’s Degree in Behavior
Analysis and Therapy from Southern Illinois
University in Carbondale, IL.
Mrs. Reid has extensive experience with a
variety of disabilities including children with
autism spectrum disorder acquired brain injury,
developmental disabilities, emotional
disturbance, and children of abuse and neglect.
Ms. Reid has a strong passion for working with
children with an autism spectrum disorder. She
has extensive experience individual and group
therapies, family/parent training, school
consultation, program development, data
systems, performance management, and external
Ms. Reid has a strong desire to have quality
relationships with each child and his/her family.
She remains well involved in every case to
ensure that outcomes are positive and that
families are satisfied with therapeutic services.
She feels that the relationship between the
therapist, family, and child is one of the most
important aspects of achieving meaningful
outcomes. She also facilitates coordination with
external providers (OT, Speech, school and
psychologists) to ensure that all providers are
working collaboratively to achieve outcomes.
